Roofing project

Full asphalt shingle roof replacement

A complete tear-off and replacement on a two-story single-family home — from crane-delivered shingles in the driveway to new decking, synthetic underlayment, and architectural shingles installed by our owner-led crew.

Delivery, tear-off, and a fresh roof — done right

Roof replacements live or die on the prep work. Materials are staged on the roof with a boom truck so we're never carrying bundles up a ladder, the old shingles come off in clean sections, and any soft or damaged decking is cut out and replaced with new plywood before underlayment goes down. Architectural asphalt shingles, properly nailed and sealed, finish the job.

  • Crane / boom-truck shingle delivery to the roof — no shortcuts on staging
  • Full tear-off of existing shingles down to the decking
  • Damaged plywood decking cut out and replaced
  • Synthetic underlayment installed across the full roof
  • Architectural asphalt shingles, properly nailed and sealed
  • Daily site cleanup and magnetic nail sweep at the end of the job
